Allergens
Our smoothies are made fresh to order. As a result trace amounts of allergens such as peanuts may be present in all products.
Wheat/Gluten Free
Our 100% Egg, Soy and Whey protein by Optimum Nutrition do not contain gluten or wheat ingredients. Any smoothie containing our house protein can be replaced by one of the above three proteins.
We can exclude wheat germ from selected smoothies to make them wheat/gluten free if specified by customer.

Dairy Free
Any of our smoothies can be made dairy free. When you order ask for soy milk to replace non-fat milk in any smoothie. Or, replace 100% Whey or our house protein, which is also whey, with 100% egg protein which is lactose and dairy free; suitable for dairy allergen and intolerant individuals. All of our boosters except Amino Acids and whey protein are dairy free.
