Tips to Encourage Children to Eat their Fruits and Vegetables

To encourage kids to eat their fruits and vegetables, you either need to make mealtime fun, or do your best to disguise those detested greens. Get your kids involved in food preparation, and don't be afraid to use color and eye-appeal to tempt their young taste buds. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables yourself. Your children learn habits by watching you, so if you eat healthily, the chances are your children will too.
