Yield: 2 Servings INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 medium firm banana, broken into several pieces 1 cup vanilla soy drink, non-fat or low-fat milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp cinnamon Ice, if desired INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Place berries and banana in blender.
